What happens

Krusty the Clown, with green hair, a red nose and a blue bow tie, sits at a wooden table across from a woman in a tan suit with a white ascot and dark bobbed hair, both facing a television labeled CHANNEL 6. The first frames show a glowing NO VACANCY neon sign with a blue cat on the screen, then the screen goes blank and on-screen credits appear: first 'Producer RON HAUGE', then 'Producer DONICK CARY', then 'Co-Producers BRIAN SCULLY JULIE THACKER'. Krusty waves a cigar, gesturing and shaking his head while talking, and the woman holds a remote control and stares sideways with a flat expression. An ashtray sits on the table and the bright blue screen stays empty in the later frames.
