What happens

A spiky-haired yellow-skinned boy in a blue blazer and red tie stands at the left holding a microphone, speaking and gesturing with an open hand in a park. Behind him, an elderly man in a purple cap, dark jacket and grey trousers sits on a wooden bench beside a small blue pond, reaching into a brown paper bag. The boy keeps talking throughout, moving his mouth and open hand while the seated man continues to eat from the bag.
