What happens

Bart, a boy with spiky hair in a blue blazer and red tie, stands on a dirt path beside a blue pond holding a microphone and speaking to the viewer, gesturing with his free hand and pointing as he talks. An elderly man in a purple cap, dark jacket and grey trousers sits on an orange park bench holding a brown paper bag, reaching into it and gesturing with his hand while small white birds sit on the water. Bart's gestures grow more animated, and the scene shifts so that the bench is partly out of view and then reveals three white ducks swimming on the pond beneath a large tree.
