What happens

A man in a purple cap, navy jacket and white shirt stands in front of an orange fence holding a paper bag, then the scene shifts to his blue-trousered legs and brown shoes at the edge of a blue pond where several ducks float among ripples. Mr. Burns, bald with grey hair at the sides, sits slumped in a light blue bean bag chair beside Smithers, who wears glasses and a pink jacket, in a blue-walled room with a speaker, a lamp, a wooden cabinet and a bookshelf. Through a large window the ducks keep drifting on the pond, and across the frames the two men stay seated, with Burns's mouth opening as he speaks while Smithers sits beside him.
