What happens

Lisa Simpson, in her blue jacket, red skirt and pearl necklace, stands beside railroad tracks holding a microphone as a long orange Union Pacific freight train rolls past behind her, its wheels and red lettering visible. As the train clears, she turns and flings her arms wide, then runs off to the left of the tracks with a startled, wide-eyed expression. Behind her, a wild-haired woman in a pink dress and brown coat stands by a crossing sign, first holding two black cats, then clutching one black cat and one orange cat against her chest as she walks along the tracks, while a striped orange cat leaps in the top-left corner.
