What happens

Homer stands beside a teal brick wall in an alley while Grampa's white-tufted head sticks out from a green dumpster, and Homer raises a clenched fist. He then slumps forward onto the dirt, propping his chin on his hands beside an orange object, and stares glumly ahead under a blue sky with a white cloud, with trees and a low grey wall behind.
