What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in a blue suit and red tie, and Lisa Simpson, the star-haired girl in a red dress and pearl necklace, sit at a blue-covered table piled with envelopes in the kitchen, with Bart's eyes first half-lidded and annoyed and then wide and nervous as Lisa glares beside him. The scene shifts to Lisa alone, clutching her head and screaming with her eyes shut beside a stove and a blender. Back at the table, Bart sits wide-eyed as Lisa grabs his cheeks and pulls his face toward her, while Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and apron, stands at the counter by a bowl and watches, looking surprised and then concerned.
