What happens

Homer Simpson, bundled in an orange parka, fur-lined hat and blue gloves, climbs a snowy purple mountain, planting a white flag reading "SIMPSON" and raising his ice axe in triumph. He then clutches the rock face as a close-up shows an ice pick hammering into a cracked cliff, and a boulder tumbles toward him from above. He ends up on a snowy ledge, tears streaming down his face and gloved hands raised in alarm, with the flag still planted nearby.
