What happens

Homer, shirtless and grimacing, lies stretched out in blue pants against a light blue wall while Bart, in an orange-red shirt, leans over him with his hands pressed on Homer's belly and eyes wide. Bart and Homer then turn to look at each other, and the view widens to a grassy park with rocks and trees where Ned Flanders, in a green sweater and glasses, stands beside a small sapling holding a white flag that reads FLANDERS. Two one-off kids stand nearby, one in pink and one in blue with red hair, while Bart gestures toward them and Homer watches with a sour look.
