Homer and Lisa sit belted into a pink car

What happens

Homer, bald and heavyset in a white shirt, and Lisa, with her star-shaped spiky hair, red dress and pearl necklace, sit belted into a pink car. The moment opens on a close-up of Homer's blue sleeve and grey shoe pressing a teal pedal in the purple footwell, then the pink car drives down a city street past a fire hydrant and a trash can. Inside, Homer talks and gestures toward the steering wheel while Lisa looks at him wide-eyed, and then Lisa grimaces and starts crying as Homer glances back at her.
