What happens

Lisa Simpson, a girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress and a pearl necklace, and Homer Simpson, bald and heavy in a white shirt, sit together in the back seat of a purple car, with Homer wearing a purple seatbelt and Lisa sitting beside the steering wheel area. At first Lisa looks over at Homer while he stares ahead, then Homer waves his hand and gestures while holding the wheel, looking uneasy and rubbing his ear. Next Homer talks with his mouth open and points forward out the window toward the hills and a blue sky with clouds, while Lisa turns to face him and listens. Homer then lifts a hand to his mouth as if eating or gripping something, with the steering wheel visible at the right edge.
