What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt, and Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, first stand talking on a sidewalk beside a green wall, then the scene shifts to a red roller coaster car where Mrs. Krabappel in her green cardigan, a red-bearded man in green overalls, Principal Skinner in a grey-haired suit with a pink shirt, and a bald man in a navy suit with a red tie sit holding green bottles. As the car climbs and passes a city skyline, they drink, cheer, and raise their arms, while the bearded man and the bald man lift their fists and a bottle is held up toward the sky.
