What happens

Milhouse, the blue-haired boy with hypnotic swirl glasses and a blue cap, stands behind a red counter in a shop beside Bart, who wears an orange shirt and has a toucan-beak-shaped object pressed to his face. Shelves behind them hold pink flowers in pots, a jar, toy false teeth, and a crystal ball. Milhouse talks and gestures with his hands, first pointing and then shrugging, while Bart stares ahead with wide eyes and the toucan-shaped suction cup stays stuck to his face. In the final frames Bart leans forward out of the bottom of the frame as Milhouse keeps talking and gesturing.
