Homer lies sprawled back in a chair at the nuclear plant control console while Bart leans over him and Milhouse stands beside them

What happens

Homer, bald and heavy in a white shirt, lies sprawled back in a chair at the nuclear plant control console while Bart, in a blue shirt and pants, leans over him and Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, stands beside them. Bart pushes at Homer's belly and then throws his arms up in alarm, and Homer snaps upright, mouth open, arms flung wide in panic. The three then gather at the panel, with Homer pressing buttons and pointing at the controls as Bart and Milhouse look on, under the yellow radiation warning symbols on the blue walls.
