The Simpsons, “Lost Our Lisa” (season 9, episode 24), 8:07–8:17
What happens
Lisa Simpson, with her star-shaped spiky hair and red dress, first stands in the aisle of a bus, gazing out the windows with her hands raised in worry, then keeps gesturing nervously as the view outside shifts past a stretch of desert and sky. Otto, the bus driver with long curly black hair, sits at the wheel in his blue uniform and cap, glancing sideways, and in the final frames he turns his head toward the aisle and speaks while Lisa remains standing at the back of the bus. Blue bus seats, metal poles and tinted windows fill the interior, and the scene is a flat cartoon animation.
