What happens

Lisa Simpson, in her red dress and pearl necklace with her star-shaped hair, stands on a grey sidewalk beside a pink wooden fence and a red can, while a freckled, long-nosed man with red swept hair, a big moustache, and a white tank top occupies the right foreground. He squints, smirks, grimaces, and opens his mouth as if speaking, then glances sideways toward Lisa with a scowl before turning back to her with a sly look, and in the final moment Lisa turns and walks away to the left.
