What happens

Lisa Simpson stands on a rainy city street beside a hot dog cart with a pink umbrella, bottles of ketchup and mustard on top, while a dark-haired man in a turtleneck holds up a purple fish and a mustached man in a grey shirt raises a food-on-a-stick near her. Puppets dangle on strings above the scene before a brown bear on roller skates, wearing a propeller beanie and a red vest with vegetables on his back, rolls in holding a tray of colorful candies. He offers the tray to Lisa, then opens his mouth wide in a loud yawn or roar as Lisa turns and walks off to the right.
