What happens

Homer Simpson, a bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, runs along a street waving a white card in front of a line of onlookers on the sidewalk, passing a pink car, a teal car and a red car, and throws his arms up beside the teal car. He then stands in the road before a columned building with purple banners and a red sculpture while a blue car and a green car pass, with a thin man in glasses and a blonde woman watching from the sidewalk. Finally he jogs toward the building's entrance, clutching the card, near a sign reading MUSEUM.
