What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and wearing a white shirt and blue jeans, stands on a sidewalk beside a green bench in front of a brick building with an arched iron gate, while a heavy purple-haired woman in a pink fuzzy sweater, pink rose-print skirt, pearl necklace, white pillbox hat with a pink bow and white heeled shoes faces him. Homer holds up a small cash bill and then stands with hands near his waist as the woman talks, gestures and throws her arms out, and at one point a figure with reddish swept-back hair in a blue vest and white shirt dashes past behind her toward the gate and snatches something from her shoulder bag. The woman then clutches her chest and holds her hands up in alarm while Homer watches with a blank look, and finally she stands with hands on hips as Homer sits on the edge of the bench.
