What happens

Homer Simpson sits on a red wooden chair in a cluttered basement, first gripping his hair and grimacing, then clenching his fists and grinning, while Bart Simpson, in an orange shirt and blue sneakers, hops on a wooden staircase before stepping down to face him. The two talk face to face: Homer looks dazed and speaks, then looks wide-eyed and gestures with a raised hand, while Bart stands listening with his head tilted. Bart then turns to look out at the viewer, and the basement holds a green couch, stacked boxes, a chalkboard on an easel, a horse-racing poster and a small wall-mounted television.
