What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, sit side by side on a red couch in front of a pink wall and a framed sailboat picture; Homer gestures and talks while Bart looks on, and Homer then raises a fist and grins. Inset on a television screen, a grey-haired news anchor in a red suit and blue tie reads from a sheet of paper while a photo of a man with a bow tie hangs beside him, and then a tan-suited, thin, stooped old man with grey hair sits on a wooden chair in a museum room between a uniformed guard in a brown hat and two police officers, with a woman and a man holding cameras behind a red rope. The old man gestures with a pale hand, and the guard raises his hand and speaks to him while a glass display case of small objects sits behind them.
