What happens

No regular characters are visible; the scene is an aerial view of a suburban street with a tall lattice radio tower bearing a white sign reading KBBL RADIO, set on a brick base. The first several frames are black, then the tower view appears with a small red car driving along the road beside the tower, and the car moves past the tower and off the road while the scene stays otherwise still, with houses, trees and a grey utility box around the grounds.
