What happens

Marge, the tall blue-beehived woman in a green dress and red bead necklace, stands in a laundry room beside a pink laundry basket and a purple sink, first with her arms crossed and then gesturing with her hands. Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue jeans, sits on a wooden chair in front of a washing machine, then gets up and hugs the machine's door with both arms while Marge stands behind him. Afterward, a close view shows a swirl of loose white papers and a blue pen whirling around the round dark door of the machine, then a notepad labeled INVENTIONS with a pencil in Homer's yellow hand.
