What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange-red shirt, stands at first beside a wall holding a purple box with three round holes, looking wide-eyed and uneasy and mouthing words, while a tall blue-beehived Marge in a green dress and red bead necklace stands on the left at a doorway beneath a faded sign reading 'Bird ... Snake ... Peckin' ... Strictly ... Enforced'. Over the scene Bart's expression shifts from nervous and staring to eyes half-closed as he speaks, then Marge turns toward him, reaches out and rests her arm on his shoulder, her mouth open and eyes wide as she talks to him, while he keeps clutching the box near his chest.
