What happens

Marge, Lisa, Bart, Homer and several other townspeople, including a dark-haired man in a blue shirt and a woman with a reddish hairdo, watch from the rooftop of the Springfield Municipal Building as two green flap-skinned lizards leap from the building's wall and glide past its windows. The lizards drop down to the street and land beside a red car and a blue car in the parking lot, while the watchers lean over the ledge, some wide-eyed and some grinning, with a man in a brown shirt holding binoculars. The building's sign reads "SPRINGFIELD MUNICIPAL BUILDING" above an arched entrance marked 824.
