What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and red beads, stands at the base of a tree with her hands on her hips, looking up at a treehouse, with a red rope hanging down beside her. She then grips the wooden rungs nailed to the trunk and climbs up toward the treehouse. Inside the treehouse, Bart Simpson, in an orange shirt, sits on a purple crate with a basket of supplies beside him, facing away from the window. Marge pokes her head through the window opening, looking exasperated, and Bart turns to face her as she speaks to him from the window ledge. The rope runs along the treehouse floor and out through the window.
