What happens

Two green tentacled alien creatures with strapped-on blue collars, Kodos and a smaller companion, stand on a purple floor in a red spaceship control room lined with dials and screens. The larger alien, in the foreground, first looks to the side with a dripping mouth, then opens its jaws wide, showing rows of teeth and drool, while its tentacles flail upward on either side. The smaller alien beside it also drools and bobs its head. Behind them are a red wall of panels with a planet picture on a screen, and a glowing red and purple ring-shaped structure in the background.
