The Simpsons, “Treehouse of Horror IX” (season 10, episode 4), 17:46–17:58
What happens
Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, appears first in a backyard at night as a glowing blue-and-orange flying saucer with a purple beam descends above the fence and clotheslines. Marge is then lifted by the beam, and she stands inside the saucer on a red couch between two green tentacled aliens with fanged mouths, who drool and pull at wires. Clothes hang on the lines below, and a laundry basket sits on the lawn while the saucer hovers over the neighborhood.
