What happens

A green, one-eyed alien with spots on its head sits on a bucket in a brick-walled living room, dripping goo, while Marge with her blue beehive, holding Maggie, and Homer, holding a leafy plant, watch from armchairs beside bookshelves. Later, in a packed auditorium, Principal Skinner in a dark green suit stands on the stairs holding a microphone as a woman with orange curly hair in a pink poodle sweater points beside him. A glowing, green-spotted white alien then appears among the seated audience, which reacts with alarm, before the figure fades and Skinner keeps speaking into the microphone.
