What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform and cap, stands in the Kwik-E-Mart sipping a Squishee through a pink straw while reporters press microphones toward him from the foreground. Over the scene he alternately sips, talks with his mouth open, and holds the cup, while two officers stand behind him near the shelves, one holding a bag of chips and the other a green cup. Wall posters reading "Laramie 100's" and "Laramie Kings" and the Squishee cup's "SQUISHEE" logo are visible.
