What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, kneels in the living room beside Lisa, the star-haired girl in a red dress. He opens a grey metal box labeled HOMER'S TULEBOX with radiation symbols and pulls out a glowing green rod, holding it up and then resting his chin on his hand while Lisa watches with clenched fists and a worried look. Bart then lays the rod on the rug and strikes it with a hammer, sending a green glow across the floor as Lisa stands nearby.
