Lisa and Bart are in a green-walled corner on a purple floor

What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress, and Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, are in a green-walled corner on a purple floor. At first Bart's face is spotted with red dots while Lisa bites her hand and laughs, and Bart points at her. Then a blue mouse-like character in an orange vest, a sharp knife in hand, stands over a black spiky creature with a pink nose and cartoonish blood pooling beneath it, a house and tree visible outside the green door. The mouse-like character holds up a lit match over a pink heap of brains and the creature glows red, after which Lisa and Bart are seen laughing together with their arms crossed and Bart holding his stomach.
