What happens

Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands in a green-walled room with a purple carpet, a red armchair, a pink table, and a framed picture of Itchy on the wall, looking startled as a blue mouse firefighter turns a red hydrant labeled PIRANHAS and a black cat firefighter aims a hose at the armchair. A stream of green piranhas shoots from the hose toward an unseen man seated in the chair, then swarms over Bart until his flesh is stripped away and he stands as a skeleton surrounded by fish on the floor. Lisa, in a red dress and pearl necklace, enters from the right with a wide-eyed, grimacing expression as the skeletal Bart looks on.
