What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue cap and uniform, aims a revolver while a shaggy-haired man in a blue vest over a grey shirt stands with his back to him, hands raised toward a store shelf. In a convenience store lined with snacks, cigarette ads, Duff Beer boxes and hot dogs, the man turns and gestures with both hands while Wiggum scowls, then grins smugly as the man faces the shelves again with his hands up. Lower-third credit captions appear over the scene, naming a consulting producer.
