What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and heavy in a white shirt and blue pants, swings Maggie Simpson by a red-and-green jester-style toy in the pink living room, with Bart and Lisa crouched on the rug and Marge standing in a green dress by the doorway. Homer swings Maggie, who wears a blue bow and a pacifier-less jester hat, back and forth across the room, moving from the sofa toward the window and then near the stereo and television, and Maggie is dangled upside down by the toy throughout. The scene ends on an exterior shot of Springfield General Hospital, a large white multi-story building with a sign reading SPRINGFIELD GENERAL HOSPITAL and a red diamond road sign in front.
