What happens

A spotted, mud-covered young man in a pink headband and no shirt is held by a large white-cuffed hand that enters from the left and grips his outstretched arm, while a grey-haired woman in a striped top and a dark-haired figure lie on blankets on the grass nearby. Behind them a red-haired woman in a pink outfit and a bald-headed figure in a grey shirt are in the grass, with a red soda can and a green park setting. Meanwhile, a man in a grey suit and red tie who resembles Herb, with brown hair and a long nose, stands in front of a bright blue sky with clouds, glancing sideways and grimacing and frowning, and then an old man with spiky white hair, round glasses, a pink jacket and a bolo tie stands beside a tree and squints at the scene.
