What happens

Homer, Lisa, Bart, Marge and baby Maggie gather around a dinner table, with Homer reclining in a chair with his bare feet propped on the tablecloth near Lisa's plate. Earlier, Homer sits on a couch in his green shirt and brown vest scribbling in a notepad with a pencil, and three one-off women in a blue-curtained room wave their arms, one in a star-spangled top and flared jeans, one in a purple beaded shirt with a flower headband, and one in a pink dress and pink boots. Lisa, in her pearl necklace, eats peas and a meat dish beside a glass of milk and looks annoyed as Homer's foot dangles over her plate.
