What happens

Krusty the Clown, a doctor in a white coat with a head mirror, a stethoscope and a blue bow tie, stands beside a hospital bed holding a clipboard in the first frames and then a ukulele, while an elderly patient with white tufts of hair and glasses lies under a teal blanket. In a hospital room with a green wall and an open brown door, Krusty first studies his clipboard and speaks to the patient, then sets the clipboard aside and strums and sings to the ukulele, with his eyes closing and opening as he performs. In the later frames the view shifts closer to Krusty, showing pink flowers in a vase and a red balloon beside the door as he keeps singing and playing.
