What happens

Homer, wearing a red cap and a white shirt with red trim, drives a battered pink car along a city street, waving a red soda can out the window and shouting while a dark-skinned man with short black hair in a grey jacket and pink sweater rides beside him. Later the car stops and Barney, a heavy man with messy brown hair in a pink shirt, drinks from a bottle as he sits in the back with the same passenger, while a brown-haired man in a green sweater and purple suspenders with a long nose turns to the passenger and then clenches a fist and grins in the purple car interior. The scene ends with the men sitting back, smiling and gesturing at one another as city buildings and trees pass in the rear window.
