What happens

Chief Wiggum, the heavy police chief in a blue uniform and cap, stands with a uniformed Black police officer on a sidewalk in a suburban street, first with his arms folded and then raising a hand to tip his cap toward Marge, a tall blue-haired woman in a green dress and red beads. Later, Marge stands in the arched pink doorway of a house with a green welcome mat while the two officers wait on the front step, and then she steps back inside and peers out from behind the swinging door as it closes. Visible details include a red mailbox, green hedges, a garage, and the welcome mat reading WELCOME.
