What happens

Homer, bald and heavy in a white shirt and blue trousers, stands by a wood-panelled wall beside a SALES board listing names such as DON, GENE, GIL, STAN and TOM, with rows of red tags. A dark-haired man in a blue suit and a thin, stooped older man with grey hair at the sides and a black tie, hands clasped, stand nearby in a showroom with a large window showing green vans outside. The man in blue turns to the board and reaches for it, then moves over and grips Homer's arm, pulling him toward the wall until Homer is pressed against the board while the older man stands watching alone.
