What happens

Homer, the bald heavyset man in a white shirt, sits at a desk while a dark-haired man in a dark blue suit and blue tie, who matches no named regular, leans over him with a hand on his shoulder. Through a window showing a pink house, a green car and red-and-white bunting, the suited man gestures outward with an open hand, then taps and rests his fingers on Homer's shirt pocket area, where a small card or pen is clipped, while Homer stares ahead with a wide-eyed, uneasy expression. The suited man smirks, speaks, and finally raises a fist to his chin in a pondering pose as Homer's gaze stays fixed to the side.
