What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, stands in a crowd outside a storefront with Milhouse, who has blue hair and glasses, beside him, while Marge with her tall blue beehive and a bald, heavy boy in a white shirt and blue shorts stand nearby. The bald boy grabs Bart's shoulder and scowls, then steers him away past the crowd as the people in the background watch, and a green helicopter with a pilot rises and hovers over the lawn. Bart is left alone on the littered grass, looking glum, with scattered papers, a bottle, and a printed sheet on the ground as the helicopter flies off over the houses.
