What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands in a littered front yard with a wide-eyed, worried expression while Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair, leans in from the right edge of the frame, her face close to his. Bart stays still and looks up at her as she stares at him with a stern look, her mouth slightly open as if speaking, with the wait ending in a brief tight-lipped pause. Behind them are a beige house with a garage door, a brick wall, a blue sky with clouds, and scattered trash including a green bottle, crumpled papers, and a sign reading 'Welcome' on the grass, with a red banner and a rolled-up poster on the left.
