What happens

Homer, in a pink shirt and blue trousers, lies strapped in a black reclining chair while a bald man with round glasses in a white lab coat holds up an inkblot card showing a spiky-haired, big-eyed head. A dark-haired man in a white coat with a bow tie and a name badge stands beside Homer, and a reddish-haired man in a white jacket and bow tie stands to the right. Over the scene, the bald man in glasses and the dark-haired man in a white coat turn toward Homer, who grimaces and looks alarmed and then stares ahead. The reddish-haired man reaches toward Homer's arm and grips his hand, while the dark-haired man lifts Homer's hand toward the card. Bookshelves, a ticking mantel clock, and a tall vase fill the background, and the inkblot card is the main object in view.
