What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, scowls and talks into a green telephone beside a purple lampshade lamp in his room. Next, Homer, in a white shirt, holds a red phone at a glass window while three men in white coats, one a Black man with glasses and a bow tie, look on from a room lined with cabinets. Finally, Homer, still on the red phone, stands with a heavy bald man in a white t-shirt who gestures with his hand, while Marge, with a tall blue beehive and a green dress, holds a red purse and looks on.
