What happens

Homer, bald and in a tan hoodie, talks on a phone in a dim room with a green door and a potted plant, while a prisoner with reddish hair and a blue shirt holds a phone behind bars beside a wall reading "PARTY 2:00" with tally marks and a "Springfield" payphone. Cut-in panels show Carl eating at a table on a call, a lavender-haired woman at a "Window 5 Photo Booth" with a "SMILE" sign, a thin green-haired man at an "EXIT" door, Mr. Burns with white side hair on a phone, a grey-haired woman on a red phone at a desk, Moe behind a bar, and a spiky-haired man in a red-handset call.
