What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair and dark blue suit, stands in the middle of a crowd outside a grey brick wall marked with partial lettering reading "SP", gesturing with both hands and talking to a grey-haired man in a bow tie and a bald, bespectacled man. Behind him, a raised fist appears above the crowd, and Homer in his white shirt and Marge with her tall blue beehive stand among the onlookers. The scene then shifts to Homer and Marge at the crowd's edge, where a bespectacled man in a blue sweater raises his arm and others grin and cheer.
