What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stands on a sidewalk watching a crowd that includes Marge with her tall blue beehive, Homer, and other townspeople, some holding a partly visible sign reading "BOB", as a dark green car pulls up. Inside the car, Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair and a blue suit and tie, gestures with a raised hand while Moe and a bearded, wrinkled old man (Grampa) sit beside him, and Barney in an orange shirt grins from the back seat. The scene then shifts to Bart beside Lenny in a red shirt and a heavy man in a purple suit by a barbed-wire fence, all of them looking toward Bob's car.
