What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of curly red hair and a blue prison jumpsuit marked 1211, appears in a pink-walled cell. Yellow hands first hold up a white paper reading "SEE YOU SOON BART" in red letters, then the paper fills the view before the screen fades to plain cream. Bob then appears, mouth wide open in a shout, and his expression shifts to a narrow-eyed, smug sneer.
